Our Cancellation Policy
Our salon has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand that things come up, but we require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. This policy allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client and compensates our stylists for their time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
